My family and I spent a wonderful Christmas vacation in this hotel! the staff was amazing, always eager to help and accommodating to our needs. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the main plaza and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the lovely hot shower and the cozy and comfortable room. the hotel arranged all of our tours beforehand, making it very easy for us to experience the best of the city.

That sometimes the walls were a little thin, and we could hear some noise from the other rooms. this was not too bothersome and did not significantly detract from our pleasant stay.

The tour of the hotel and the offer to choose our room were nice touches. The easy walk to the city center was a plus, and the staff was helpful with our broken Spanish. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, with a 5-star bathroom and hot shower.

The room had a musty odor that wasn't pleasant. The weak WiFi was also frustrating, and the street noise made it difficult to sleep.
